Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to amend or cancel your booking please call the Park Office on (015242) 41010 and we will try and help as best we can. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, you will need to claim this from your holiday insurance provider. We will try and provide alternative options such as changing the dates of your booking for an administration fee of £20.
